1 planning meeting either in-person or via Google Meet to discuss decor, activities, games, desired playlist, overall vision, etc.(Begins 6 months prior)
Research, gather quotes from, recommend, and contract with key vendors for desired event (Key vendors include the venue or location, caterer, bartending service, photographer, florist, decorator, rental company, DJ, and baker)
Assist with creating and maintaining a wedding shower and/or engagement party budget
Mail out invitations based on desired guest list (Invitations must be designed by bride and groom)
Stay in contact with vendors throughout the planning process
Provide up to 6 hours of service on day of event, which includes:
Set up decor, snacks, desserts, etc.
Meet with vendors and guests as they arrive, and ensure the day goes according to plan
Keep track of the timeline throughout the event
Take down, box up, and load up decor, snacks, dessert, leftover food, etc. into designated vehicle, or set near entrance
