Wedding Shower and/or Engagement Party Planning: $700

Due upfront, and charged separately

• Included in the party planning package:
• Complimentary consultation either in-person or via Google Meet to discuss theme, date, and location
• 1 planning meeting either in-person or via Google Meet to discuss decor, activities, games, desired playlist, overall vision, etc.
• Research, gather quotes from, recommend, and contract with key vendors for desired event (Key vendors include the venue or location, caterer, bartending service, photographer, florist, decorator, rental company, DJ, and baker)
• Create and maintain a wedding shower and/or engagement party budget
• Mail out invitations based on desired guest list (Invitations must be designed by bride and groom)
• Stay in contact with vendors throughout the planning process
• Provide up to 6 hours of service on day of event, which includes:
• Set up decor, snacks, desserts, etc. 
• Meet with vendors and guests as they arrive, and ensure the day goes according to plan
• Keep track of the timeline throughout the event  
• Take down, box up, and load up decor, snacks, dessert, leftover food, etc. into designated vehicle
• Please note: I will not be responsible for hanging up or taking down ceiling decor, assembling bouquets (unless it's a flower vase or simple, artificial greenery), or setting up complex decor or AV equipment. All set up and decor requests will need to be reviewed and approved by me beforehand.
• Additional Hours?
• I charge $90 for every additional hour requested or needed depending on the volume of work
• Travel Fees?
• If the venue is within 10 miles from my home in St. Cloud, MN I will not charge travel expenses. If the venue is outside of that 10-mile range and 1-2 hours away from my home, I will charge $0.65 per mile.
