  • Creation and management of a customized checklist

  • Day Before and Day Of Planning
  • Coordinate all details of rehearsal and rehearsal dinner, and be present for rehearsal dinner 
  • 12 hours of service on wedding day, which includes:
  • Assist with decor set up and other misc. items such as guest book, table centerpieces, candles, flower vases, signage, seating chart, dessert stands, etc.


Please note: my services do not include decor or event design, or providing decor unless rented through me. For design assistance, I recommend hiring a decorator and/or florist. My services also do not include complex decor set up such as ceiling drapery or lights. In addition, I do not assemble bouquets or floral decor.


  • Connect with vendors and key family members/friends, discuss the schedule, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the day
  • Help direct guests upon arrival
  • Keep track of timeline throughout the day, and ensure the day goes according to schedule
  • If time allows, conduct a quick ceremony rehearsal
  • Organize and cue the wedding party for ceremony & grand march (If applicable) 
  • Release tables for buffet dinner, and ensure DJ makes announcements as needed. If dinner is plated, coordinator will connect with catering team in advance to discuss order of plate up.
  • Set out and replenish cocktail hour snacks and desserts
  • Hold on to important items such as marriage license, vendor tips, car keys, etc., and will ensure vendors are paid at the appropriate times
  • Take down, box up, and load up decor, gifts, dessert, snacks, and any other items that need to be loaded into designated vehicle


Please note: I will not be responsible for taking down any large items such as ceremony arches.


  • Additional Hours?
  • I charge $90 for every additional hour requested or needed depending on the volume of work
  • Travel Fees?
  • If the venue is within 10 miles from my home in St. Cloud, MN I will not charge travel expenses. If the venue is outside of that 10-mile range and 1-2 hours away from my home, I will charge a flat, $350 travel fee. What does this cover?
  • 1 Night of lodging - No matter the distance, it gets to be a very late night!
