Kassidi's version of day of coordination on steroids, and my most popular package! The details of a wedding can't possibly be handled the day of, or even a week before! In order to confidently manage your day, I will connect with you a couple of months prior.

Pre-Wedding Planning

Consultation (Complimentary)
Unlimited contact via phone/email for questions and guidance (Begins when you book)
2 in-person and/or Google Meet planning meetings, if needed (Begins 2-3 months prior)
1 site visit/venue walk-through (may be subject to mileage fees, depending on location)
Assistance with creating a detailed timeline & ceremony outline prior to the wedding
Send timeline to applicable vendors prior to the wedding (About 30 days in advance)

Day-Before Wedding Planning

Manage and facilitate the rehearsal for about an hour
Assist with day-before move-in and set up for 1-2 hours if venue is available ($150 add-on)

Day of Wedding Coordination

12-14 hours of service on wedding day, which includes:
Assist with decor set up, such as guest book table, cards & gifts table, guest table centerpieces, candles, flower vases, signage, seating chart, dessert stands, etc.
Connect with vendors and key family members/friends, discuss the schedule, and serve as the main point of contact throughout the day
Help direct guests upon arrival
Keep track of timeline throughout the day, and ensure the day goes according to schedule
If time allows, conduct a quick ceremony rehearsal
Organize and cue the wedding party for ceremony & grand march with DJ's leadership
Release tables for buffet dinner, and ensure DJ makes announcements as needed. If dinner is plated, coordinator will connect with catering team in advance to discuss order of plate up.
Set out and replenish cocktail hour snacks and desserts
Tuck away cards and gifts in a safe place until time for clean up
Coordinate late night snack
Hold on to important items such as marriage license, vendor tips or final payments, etc., and will ensure proper distribution of payment
Take down, box up, and load up decor, gifts, cards, dessert, snacks, and any other items that need to be loaded into designated vehicle, or will leave stacked near entrance prior to departure
